The trash to get to this fight is difficult. If you don’t pay attention, expect to die and wipe the raid. Once the trash is down, it is a three phase fight. The 3rd phase is when the first 4 bosses combine into the elemental monstrosity with their combined health. Now, on to the phases.
Phase 1:
Has 2 bosses, Feludious and Ignacious, water and fire bosses respectively.
Tanks - If you are tanking the water boss, Hydro Lance MUST be interrupted, no questions asked. He also needs to be away from the raid due to Glaciate which you also must run out of. If you get waterlogged, you need to clear it by running through the fire line on the ground. If you are tanking the fire boss, interrupt Rising Flames after fiery shield drops. The fire boss needs to be faced away from the raid, yet close to his fire line to clear waterlogged. Remember, the boss will run off every so often, but will return trailing the fire behind him.
Healers - Heart of Ice and Burning Blood will de-buff the raid. This will be needed to be cleansed off as soon as possible but also provides a DPS buff to those around the person. Heart of Ice increases for fire boss, Burning Blood increases for water boss.
DPS – We will be focusing on the water boss while periodically changing to the fire boss to remove the shield. Remember to remove waterlogged by moving through the fire line. Do not stand in glaciate or in front of fire boss due to the cone of fire. After the fire shield is dps’d down, Rising Flames needs to be interrupted.
The end of phase 1 happens when either Feludious or Ignacious reaches 25% then Arion and Terrastra spawn, air and earth bosses respectively.
Phase 2:
The air boss summons two cyclones, the earth boss summons 2 gravity wells. Initially, everyone will get the tornado de-buff which levitates you and voids the damage from earthquake. After earthquake happens, you need to run to a gravity well and become grounded so that you don’t get Thunder Shocked. If you get the lightning rod de-buff, you need to move away from everyone else.
Tanks - The earth boss tank should try to interrupt Harden Skin. The air boss tank should try to interrupt Lightning blast. This occurs immediately after disperse where he teleports across the center of the room to the other side. Tanks should do their best to minimize movement yet acquire both the levitate and grounded buffs.
Healers – Lots of damage, be ready to heal a lot. Help with interrupts as much as possible. Make sure you get the levitate and grounded buffs.
DPS – Damage the air boss and help with interrupts. Make sure you get the levitate and grounded buffs. Once damaged down, focus on the earth boss.
The end of phase 2 happens when either Arion or Terrestra reaches 25% then the previous four bosses combine into the elemental monstrosity.
Phase 3:
This phase is a dps race as the boss continues to do more damage as time goes on. Pop heroism as soon as the tank has agro.
Tanks – One tank will slowly tank the boss around the outside of the room, the other will dps as best they can. The boss needs to be pulled out of the liquid ice he spawns, it looks like a light blue defile and will grow if the boss is left in it.
Healers - Butt loads of damage. Stay spread out in the center of the room due to electrical instability that will chain.
DPS – For melee, don’t stand in puddles. Don’t stand on things that look like flares. Blow any self-heal or damage reduction abilities that you have. Pop cool downs and go crazy on dps. Ranged - Spread out in the center with the healers minimize damage from electrical instability. Dps like crazy.

Acknowledged.
I was not aware of having interrupts in Phase 2. I must have missed that in watching the videos I have seen so far.

another thing i found about for hunters. DO NOT Disengage in Phase 2 right before their big move. Disengage will remove the Buff (Float or Grounded) and you will die. Thats what kept happening to me when I would eat it.
